2007 THANKSGIVING DAY TRAINING GROUP

With a week or so to go, we will begin to taper or cut back on our training in order to be at full strength for Race Day. Tuesday's workout in O'Bryonville will be 50 minutes and Saturday's will be an easy 3-4 miles in Glendale.
