This teaches skills needed to safely incorporate faster running into anyone's training program. Instructor/Coach Randy Cox has coached athletes of all ages for 29 years. He finds that just about everyone, regardless of ability level and running experience, can improve tremendously, and with little risk of injury. The key is to follow a program that enhances running specific strength, power and mobility in a gradual progressive manner.
