Bob Ronckers Running Spot and Adidas are again proud to be sponsoring a cross country camp for both high school and junior high school athletes. Many of the most successful local runners have attended the camp in the past and will be rejoining us as counselors.
Enrollment is limited to 50 high school and 50 junior high participants.
Co-directors Jeff Branhan and Randy Cox have had successful high school, college and club coaching careers: Coach Branhan is currently the head coach at St Ursula Academy in Cincinnati. Coach Cox is currently the head coach of The Earth Drummers post-collegiate team.
Expert speakers will present on a wide variety of topics including: - Developing a Year-Round Training Program
- Strength Training
- Injury Prevention
- Racing Strategy
- Mental Preparation
- Proper Nutrition
This camp is designed for both the beginning and experienced athlete and is not a high mileage camp general guidelines will be provided for all workouts and runners will train at their own level**
