We ship all of our domestic orders via UPS.

2 Day Air - $15.00
Overnight - $35.00
All domestic orders over $75.00 include free shipping.
We will make every effort to ship all orders placed before 12:00 PM the same day.
If you need your order shipped to an address outside the United States, via the Postal Service, to a PO Box or to an APO/FPO, we will do our best to accommodate your request and use the most cost-effective method. Bob Ronckers Running Spot has always strived to provide excellent customer service and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In the event you would like to return or exchange an item, we will attempt to make this process as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us with the original packaging and tags, in
re-sellable condition for a full refund. Since we offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $40, shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If you received a defective item or we shipped you the incorrect item, we will refund you for return ground shipping charges. In the case of exchanges we will be responsible for all ground shipping charges back to you. Clearance items are non-returnable and all sales on these items are final.
