Warranty Issues:
Many of our items feature manufacturers warranties. We will happily assist you in the event you have a warranty issue with an item purchased through our site. Simply return the item to us and we will deal with the manufacturer directly. Or if you would like to save time and send the item to the manufacturer, we will be happy to provide any necessary information you may need to contact a particular company. Call us at (800) 490-6602 or email us at internetstore@runningspot.com and we will provide any contact information. When returning items to us, please enclose a note with reason for return and your contact information in the event we need to reach you. In addition to any manufacturerÕs warranty, we offer a 60 day, no hassle guarantee on any electronic purchases. If you are unhappy with any electronic item purchase, we will refund, repair or exchange it. This does not apply to batteries, bands or straps. Beyond this 60 day period, you are responsible for dealing with the manufacturer.
