Have you ever missed any runs or walks that you planned on taking? Of course not. We are not like that. NOT! Over the years I have talked myself out of many a run or walk. Seldom, if ever, have I completed a workout and then said to myself that I wished I had not done it. The point is. If I can get started, I like it.
Make it as easy as possible to get out the front door. Have your clothes laid out the previous evening if you are a morning runner. Put on your running outfit to pick up the paper. If you have found something that gets in the way and prevents you from taking the run or walk, see what can be done to overcome it. Once you are outside and moving you will enjoy it.
