Feedback from past Sit to Fit Participants
How are you? First of all I wanted to tell you thank you for setting up the Sit to Fit program. I absolutely love it! I'm very close to being able to do run/walk now and I never thought I'd be there. It's awesome!
It's great to be able to walk and/or run with great people. Very motivating. Please let me know if and when future programs are set up.
I actually have been doing the run/walk group and loving it!
Thank you so much for the Sit to Fit group. I am very thankful for all of the support I received from the entire group especially Andrea. As I said on Monday night I have signed up for the Hyde Park Blast group and I am looking forward to it.
Hi Bob! Thanks again for a wonderful program and a fun night out. You have encouraged me to do more so I joined one of your other groups. Thanks again for this wonderful gift you have given me!
Hi! My name is Sara Dixon. My son, Joe Trainer, signed me up for Sit to Fit. I am going to walk the 5k in the morning. I just wanted to say thanks. I loved being part of this group. I hope to see some more beginner type trainings closer to my area. I live in Mason and drove to Anderson, so I am hopeful for more group trainings further north.
Thanks again. I am looking forward to finishing the 5K tomorrow.
Thank you, Bob for such a great opportunity. I have really enjoyed the Mon and Thurs mornings with the group. You have a lot of wonderful coaches who are the ones who make the program so much fun while really helping people reach their goals -- whatever they may be.
Thanks very much,
Last night was my first night to join the N. KY group. I have to admit, on my drive from work to Edgewood, I was trying to talk myself out of going because I left work later than I wanted and didn't want to show up late. When I pulled into the parking lot, the group was warming up and knew then I was ready to do this! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I am looking forward to Thursday, as well as the weeks ahead!
Thank you so much for making this opportunity available to those of us who didn't know where to start! I now feel like part of a team and look forward to what lies ahead!
