Race on the Ohio on Saturday morning, June 27 (14 mile pro race or 9 mile amateur race) and then drive just 44 miles to Brookville, IN by 1:00 p.m. to race 8.4 miles down the Whitewater River at Canoefest. EVENT INFORMATION: Join us for St. John the Baptist's 1st annual "Best in the West" 5K run and walk. . This course is unlike no other. With a challenging hill, the payoff is in the beautiful view of Harrison and surrounding countryside in addition to your sense of accomplishment. It’s “the Best in the West.”
Proceeds benefit Love INC, St. Vincent De Paul, Reach Out Pregnancy Center, and St. John the Baptist Church. Afterwards, come celebrate at the Post Race Party on festival grounds. Beer garden, music, food, and family fun.
