A one hour participatory Pilates Mat workshop that focuses on the benefits of Pilates for running and walking, including developing core strength which is critical for stability and injury prevention, balancing the major muscle groups of the body through specially designed exercises, developing proper alignment, and increasing flexibility through stretching. Please come prepared to move; bring a towel and mat if possible.
